Thank you for choosing Shadow AI Discovery. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our security assessment capabilities. This Refund Policy describes your rights regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our log parsing engine and threat registry database. If you purchase a report and are not completely satisfied with the depth, speed, or utility of the generated risk assessment, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Eligibility Window: You must request your refund within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.
• Conditions: No questions asked. You do not need to prove log mismatch or registry gaps, though we appreciate feedback to help improve the platform.

2. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your purchase and request a refund:

• Send an email to our support team at nick_stavrou@live.com.
• Include your order billing email address and transaction identifier/receipt (received from Stripe).

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received, our billing administrator will issue the refund immediately via Stripe. Please note:

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card).
• It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

4. Dispute Resolution
