Shadow AI Discovery is a client-side web application. Upon completing a checkout transaction, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the report creator tool to audit firewall logs and export risk assessments for your own organization or client networks.

We charge a one-time audit report fee of $49 AUD (which may be subject to promotional or affiliate discounts). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The fee unlocks the client-side parsing functionality and CSV file drop-zone. No recurring monthly subscriptions apply unless clearly stated in enterprise team contracts.
The Shadow AI Discovery threat registry, risk score algorithm, and compliance advice are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Although our threat intel database is actively updated, we do not warrant that the analysis will detect 100% of all artificial intelligence connections or represent exact security compliance (e.g., formal SOC 2 certification or GDPR legal opinions). We advise consulting certified audit assessors and compliance counsel for formal declarations.
In no event shall Shadow AI Discovery or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, data exfiltration by unapproved employee AI use, or firewall misconfigurations) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or Location.
